​申请进入NYC Global Center课程的申请人必须拥有高中文凭或同等学历，并且年满 18 岁。 申请人必须填写申请表并将其返回NYC Global Center的行政办公室。 届时将安排面试。 面试的目的是探讨申请人与学校项目和课程相关的目标和能力。

录取后，根据州规定，申请人需要填写NYC Global Center的《入学协议》。 入学协议规定了费用、付款方式和教学计划。

申请人还需要参加笔试分班测试并进行现场口头面试，以确保进入合适的课程级别。 每个学生都会被安排在与其口头和书面语言能力一致的课程级别。
